I stopped and talked to this guy the other day. He was on his way to NYC from California, by foot. He has quite a story and a simple message. Go out and do stuff. I don't know what you're doing today but I'm going spelunking and boating. At the same time I might add, and with some "scavenger hunting" thrown in for good measure.
Here's a link to his website. You can get to his FB page from there and see his updates and occasional live feeds.

Sheila B.

Sheila B. DuBois Jamie Rich Christian Madsen Debi posted publically a different veggie picture. Without discussing it with her I would petition that we invite her to swap it for her fruity picture. It's late, I know so I brought the idea to you guys privately to consider.

Listen up "A" dudes.

Listen up "A" dudes. It's no skin off of me that we don't agree. I harbor no grudge of have the idea that you're going to hell. I hope you don't and that we can hang out and stuff, like eternally...
What scares me though is how popular your thing is getting to be. When there's gazillions of you and just like us, some of them turn out bad, they won't even have the concept of hell to stop them.

I took this just to send you.

I took this just to send you. It's totes SOOC so you can see what settings I was using to get the effect. I don't think it's a very good picture but it emphasizes the bokeh to the maximum degree (IMHO)
Marbles on a patio table from below. The same scene from my earlier post but the mesh of the table almost disappeared. Have fun with the challenge and don't worry about taking your time. This was day 3 for me but I got the challenge about a week ago.

Top 5 Mistakes of the Criminal Defendant

As we all know, those who are charged with committing a crime, often do not make the best decisions. Their impulsivity often leads to their arrest as they do not think through their actions. This does not mean that they are always guilty of the offense charged. Sometimes they are truly in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sometimes there is a strong motive for the complainant to fabricate a story.

However, after practicing criminal defense in Philadelphia for many years, I often run into the same mistakes (some of which occur after arrest) that make it much more difficult for me to defend my client. I call this type of evidence "self-inflicted wounds". Often, if a criminal defendant had heeded this advice, they could have avoided conviction as the evidence against them would be minimal. Many of these issues have to deal with the suppression of physical evidence.

In this article, I discuss the top five biggest mistakes that I believe criminal defendants make. Please let me know if you have come across any other mistakes or actions that you believe should be added to this list. I look forward to hearing from my fellow criminal defense attorneys James Novak R. Patrick Link Jason Dunkle Stephan Futeral Law Offices of Russell J Matson, PC Matt McClenahen Attorney Luke S. Rioux Frank Walker Law Gary Gerson K. Lawson Wellington

Hello Sketch World. So, you wanna know stuff ?

Hello Sketch World. So, you wanna know stuff ?
I'm a Scorpio, but aside from that the only labels I can wear start with "ex".
I've been a spy (in the Army), hippie, bachelor, southerner, Catholic (shopping cart  still), Occupier, political organizer, carpenter, handy man, salesman, copier tech, liberal, feminist, gun nut, and hard drinker. Trucker and motorcyclist and once in a while boater are in there too. I've tried to play the guitar and sing and I listen to any kind of music but have NPR on my radio buttons. I wore glasses most of my life and still smoke and only blew myself up (with my oxygen) a couple of times. I've had an on again off again relationship with computers since about 1980 when I built my first one, a Sinclair ZX-80.
I've been married for about 1 3/4 years and I'm glad I waited. We met on Facebook and it wasn't either of our first fb relationships. There are two step kids and two step grandkids in my pictures. Oh yeah, I sometimes take dogs and cats from our local shelters long distances to no-kill shelters in NY.OH and IL. Lastly - I am a Scavenger Hunt Addict...
