This is my best explanation for people with wide open privacy settings.
Your pluses may get pushed to peeps that you've circled and to peeps they've circled.
You may see what I call plus-notes about things your peeps have plussed and also from things their peeps have plussed.
Got that? Good. Now back to the bitching about it. (ftr-so far I like it)
